I am honored to be the newest member of the Many Waters Wellness Center team.

I have been practicing massage therapy since 2005 where I specialize in a more therapeutic, clinical-based massage. I am nationally certified, a licensed massage practitioner in Washington State, and a professional member of the American Massage Therapists Association. I employ bodywork techniques that I have found to be effective in targeting those stubborn tense and/or painful areas of the body with a combination of trigger point therapy, deep tissue, and Structural Relief Therapy. I love to learn and problem-solve to eliminate or reduce those difficult muscular conditions so I continue to perfect my skills through research and 140 hours of advanced bodywork courses. Of course, my clients are always my best teachers! I thoroughly enjoy the one-on-one interaction with my clients but the best part of my job is giving people back their power to heal themselves.

In my spare time, I am usually running my three, high-energy border collie/Aussie mix dogs, practicing yoga, and playing in my garden.

I am a preferred provider for most healthcare insurance companies.
